Two items of vital interest.
The number of outstanding shares now stand at 10,614,790 shares
as 1,250,000 new shares are being issued to the remaining debenture holder
to cover their short sales in June 1998. After califtalk prevented the market price from slipping the debenture holder changed their methods.
