Ah... Ellen, on that you are quite correct. I originally was prompted to post here based upon my experience with GRNO.

I recognized a serious situation wherein many shareholders could potentially find their investments grievously harmed by the misrepresentative claims of both company and the cartel leaders.

And I'm not trying to rub it in, but I did warn you that an SEC trading halt was quite possible based on observable events on detailed on this thread (remember, I've been through everything you all have been through already).

As for commenting on the allegations against me, it is kind of hard to discern exactly what they are since I haven't yet seen the complaint. I have only discussed the issues at hand and not commented on matters of guilt or innocence. But you're correct, I won't be discussing the case any longer. However, it is now public record for others to read and analyze.
