Dividend re-investment
back into TGSK

I just had a very lengthy discussion with a very informative Schwab broker...we talked
about the
TGSK dividend due out on the 20th. Here are some interesting facts:
If your certificates are in the street name, the dividend will be sent to the brokerage
house. If you
have TGSK in a
margin account and you have borrowed on margin for something else, the dividend
monies will be
placed against your margin debt. You will not be able to buy more shares with it . If
TGSK is in an
IRA or CASH account, it will still be sent to the house and then placed in you account
under
"cash".in that account.
Schwab does not allow dividend re investment when it comes to TGSK. If your
brokerage house
does allow re-investment back into TGSK that will usually be done commission free.

My shares are all in an IRA, so I do not have possession of my certs. I believe if you
have the certs,
then the money will be sent to you and will be taxable.
