Hi Abdol:

> What is going on with you.

Well, my little girl was just born (July 1st, 1998), and at this time I am one extremely exuberant dad! I have been off work for the past 2 weeks (and for that matter everything else except my daughter and wife).

As fas as stocks are concerned today I looked at my portfolio (which is 100% high techs) for the first time in over 3 weeks and I wondered exactly what has gone up when Lou Dobs in a very ridiculous smiling tone says on CNN that Nasdaq has hit an all time high! It seems the media (at least as far as Lou Dobs and CNN are concerned) thinks of Microsoft, Cisco, and Dell (as well as a bunch of absolutely baseless stocks such as Yahoo, Excite, Lycos, ELNK, AOl, etc.) as The indicator of overall market! I am very happy with my Microsoft shares, and the little of SUNW that I have kept, but overall my portfolio is not smiling at me (especially since I am loaded with a bunch of semi stocks)!

But I dont care, by the year 2000 I am sure they will all be up and up and up. Meanwhile, I am a brand new father who still can not believe he is a father! I am also very tired/sleepy as I am getting about 2 hours a sleep every night!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
