One problem with shorts on the bb is that the MMs constantly clear their books after hours, and many work together to prevent major losses... The June dates passed quite a while ago, actually. True, there wasn't a major effect on the price. And I doubt there will be this time, either - unless the price perks up. But, as long as the MMs work together to keep it below $1, this won't budge. Should it percolate back up by Th/Fr, then we'll see a nice short term run.
