I have had good luck with FreeEdgar, especially with giving them a list of companies I am interested in. They will then send E-mail any time one of those companies has an SEC filing. Works like a charm. I have never compared the Yahoo site against the "raw" listing of Form 4's and stuff. Another confusing thing in the case of CYPB is that some of the companies (>10% beneficial interest) listed on the Yahoo site have changed their names, so I don't know whether the totals reflect such a pooling or whether they started their count at zero when the name changed. Need to look at the Proxy (Form 14) I guess. > I assumed the free insider trading sites weren't that up to date. <
