It does not appear to be as difficult as it might seem at first, that is, assuming, of course, presence of adequate typing and spellchecking personnel and facilities. Which should not be hindered by inappropriately low Congressional appropriations, which, I am quite confident, you will assure insofar as your impending electoral success might appear to be unavoidable. Unless, needless to say, the reverse might occur. But I am confident that it may not be likely assumption, er, to assume the unfavorable outcome, we do not need to. |
