Ahhh!..the old " let's try to intimidate the naysayers" ploy .

Since you guys seem to be right up there where all the REAL truthful
information is, I've always wondered:

Why did TCBG choose Unser. And I'd prefer no opinions, just the facts that led up to the decision. The answer most likely can be found in the corporate minutes. I am considering investing in this company.
