No, not Mr. Pink—call me Mr. Yellow. I've made plenty of great shorts on paper, but have been too chicken to play them for real. Would have done much better with them this year than my longs, which I did play and got hosed. FBNA will make up for it, though, I'm sure.
I'm no expert—just another average schmuck. Still, I'd rather lose my own money than let some Rocketeer bonehead do it for me. At least I learn more that way rather than to jump off a cliff with the rest of those PennyDorks™.
If it's any consolation, my '97 longs were decent, Nice Systems (NICEY), in particular, was a blast buying at 18. I really got caught with my pants down this year. Oh well, experience is something you don't get 'til after you needed it anyway. |
