yep there is two sides, but janice you have never posted anything positive about EDII, it really is easy to find neg. in any company, and I mean any company, you name it, and you can find it, but to constantly bash on a company, that is making aquisitions of solid established companys, that has gone from 5 million in rev's to over 110 million in a matter of months, and they haven't even begun to slow down. yea they have issued more shares of stock, but they have aquired the assets to more than even out the issuance of new stocks. Just maybe janice, if you acknowledge the good things that are going on with EDII, then we would listen more to the bad things you find, and have a logical discussion on those issues, ok?...Ken M
