Did any of you see the Medal of Honor presentation ceremony at the WH on TV today?? A Vietnam war vet finally gets the recognition and medal our nation owed him for over 30 years, and Clinton does the presentation. What is this - a revolting irony or a cosmic paradox or something far worse? Can someone out there help? The proper words escape me. One of our worse Presidents, a draft dodger from that very war has the honor of presenting the greatest award that the nation can present to one of its heroes, the Medal of Honor for heroism in that same war. This is an abomination. That vet deserved better.
