Tim, I copied your two posts that you sent Ally,
and attached them to this reply. Along with this
information, and post # 33331 IPMCF History by Graystone,
I think that in parallel with the suit that Ally introduced
us to, that your two posts and the "shell game" that
Graystone said happened, that a seperate investigation
should be done to determine where culpritability lies.
If Graystone is correct in his theory, and some of these
people are still in a position to determine the coarse of IPM,
then we need to identify them and stop them from doing any
more damage to IPM. Eventho we all want to know the truth
of what happened, the first priority is to safeguard the
value of ipmcf stock shares. I am more than willing to
put off accountability for blame and first focus on protecting
the value of my ipmcf shares. In my option Ally has her hands
full just to accomplish what she originally set out to do.
So, if there is anyone else that is a current ipmcf shareholder
that want to put some time in to investigate Tim's two posts,
along with Graystone's IPMCF shell game, then please do so.
You can submitte your finding to Ally, and let her Attorney
decide where it fits. Simply print out the findings, stuff into
an plain brown envelope with no return address, don't sign
your name anywhere, and let the Attorney decide the merits
of the material. Don't forget to wipe off any fingerprints,
especially important if you are a wanted felon with prints
on file with the FBI. Ally posted the Attorney's US Postal
mailing address in one of hers original posts about the suit.
She will ofcourse expect to receive misinformation from those
wanting ipm to fail. No problem.

I am quite mystified by the officers of IPM in their silence
to what is going on here on the SI thread. If they know that
the current management of IPM has a goal to protect the
shareholders, and they are doing so, then they should contact
one of the following people if they think that the actions I
recommend will jeopardize ipmcf shareholder value. I don't
care if some of the current management of IPM has in the past
worked against ipmcf share value, if NOW they have the ability
to turn things around, then FULL amnesty will be granted.
I have not solicited or asked the permission from these people
to use them as sources.....but in alphabetical order, here are
three people that are 100% regarded as good honest pro-ipmcf
that have the smarts to interface with any IPM officer that
will speak for the company. Any one of these person I will
trust to collect your(IPM) side of whats happening, and can
report back to this thread status. If the info is for me to
"back off" an investigation of IPM past and current, then I
will do so. Charles Banks, Chuca Marsh, Richard Mazzarella.
I think Charles and Richard live near AZ, and for me an
on-site meeting would be required, IMO.

Ben & Ally,

About a year ago I suggested that shareholders ask to see contracts and
reports with BD. IPM's corporate officers passed a measure at a
shareholder meeting which would not require the officers to show these
documents to shareholders.

I would think, that your group might be better off to go after the
company and former officers to get these released. After you see what is
in these, I think your lawsuit will take a new direction.
ie. There never were any credible assays for BD to sign off. BD sold
their name to IPM and went along for the ride. When BD could see that
the money was running out, they jumped ship.

Ally,

I think Sam Shaw got BD involved. When BD figured out what was going on,
they dumped him and IPM picked him up. Then it was just a matter of time
before BD found an opportunity to get out.

The Arizona Corporation Commission is also investigating IPM and their
officers. I would suggest that anyone who is interested in pursuing the
truth also contact them. The more investors that they hear from, the
more power they will have to further their investigation.
