Shalom James, My name is Nancy and my husband and I have battled Emiles vile anti-semitism for many months on Ask God. I want to share an experience my family has had in the last year that provoked me to hang in and battle with Emile. My 2 sons and I were going to services at a Messianic Synagogue when a KKK man in military fatigues marched up to us and started yelling Die Jews Die and lowered an AK47 rifle at me. I grabbed for my younger son 7 as I heard a shot but felt nothing so I got my son in the building and turned to see my older son 9 in front of the rifle pointed at him. My son had his hands raised while he was crying and begging for his life and urinated from terror. I had to go out a side door to get to my son and the man was yelling about the Nazis being surperior and we are Jewish pigs worshipping satan, etc.. all this time he was shooting in the air with a Nazi salute from the other hand. The police came and arrested him. The FBI and Dept. of Justice tried him on hate crime charges and used my name in the Federal indictment, this brought personal attacks from the KKK. The scary part of this is that the man that did this wrote some letters to our congregation and he says the exact same things that EMile does and what Emile is saying is not harmless but dangerous. He has made posts about the Jewish control of the media etc... He claims his wife is Jewish (God forbid for her sake) but continues with this hatefull focus. Now about the 2nd Amendment- There can be no free speech when the speech is used to promote a violent act or hatred. The man that shot at us was raised in a quiet small town and his parents do not support his ways at all but a man like Emile came along and spoon fed him his poison. Since this happened to us local Synagogues have armed themselves with firearms and I am comfortable with that but realize it is not a total answer. I could not have defended myself with a weapon at that moment for it was to much of a shock and happened very quickly. The real fight is now with words before it gets to that point. I would rather fight it out here than in the Synagogues with children there. By the way the man ( DOnald Ray Anderson) was sentenced to 12 years without parole in a federal prison and continued physcitric care after that release. In one of Mr. Andersons letters he said that for many years he had planned to kill as many Jews as possible on that day but as he put his gun in the fire position Gods Spirit rushed over him and told him NO. I treasure this in my heart for even the FBI said this is a God thing. I want to encourage you to continue to uphold the Jewish people against this evil hatred that has been around for a very long time (too long) Thank you for your thoughts, Shalom Aleichem, Nancy
