Vi,
Do you think this loan package will ensure no devaluation of the Ruble for years to come
or is this a short term postponement of the inevitable ? What I mean is that history has
shown that artificial fixed currency rates always break down as happened in recent
years in Europe and Asia, if differing economic circumstances such as inflation, etc. are
not taken into account. I am wondering if even if this current Russian financial crises is
resolved will we only see another one triggered again say next year if the Asian
problems persist, as is like IMO.
