If the loan comes, it should stop the panic. The ruble will be devalued in future by the central bank (using currency corridor)
- there was a piece of information by the Central bank some time
this Spring mentioning
the fact that the ruble needs to be devalued in accord with inflation,
i.e. faster. Devaluation is not bad, it is necessary in Russia and
other developing countries (Look at Hungary, for example).
It has to be controlled, balanced, and gradual, which would be impossible in current conditions.
