Bob, its not web based but a Windows 32 bit program. Since it is not web based it can compress the bandwidth and be extremely fast. Requires a 28.8 modem, but the faster the connection the better when requesting data histories from the servers. Here's the pricing: dbc.com Chuck T. dbc.com
