Mr. Ron Reece, & SEC and BCC RMIL Shareholders,
For the record, I was subpoenaed by the SEC in regards to TVSI ONLY. I have heard not peep about any investigations into RMIL. That blows your theory all to hell.
Also for the record, I knew nothing about PRIOR TVSI and or RMIL mergers, as I did not even own TVSI during the run up, as I had sold for a loss some months prior to the blatant MM run up from .03 to .30 and back! I am presently a TVSI LONG shareholder. I suggest you stop the slander as you are digging a deeper hole to climb out of with your present GRNO FRAUD scandal at hand. Unlike you, I have paid for all my stock on the open market, and never received any limited partner inside information to act upon. I deploy people like you and hope you are given the max. amount in penalties by the SEC!
Again you claim we RMIL shareholders had inside information. How wrong you are. All I ever told shareholders to do is call their certificates in NAME form to dry up the float to stop the illegal activities of the naked shorts and others shorts in the RMIL market!
Yes, I do have knowledge of a massive short position in RMIL, as I had email every shareholder that ever posted on the SI and AOL message boards and asked for their share counts. After everyone had reported back, then I had some evidence of some 1 million EXTRA shares in the public float that ARE NOT SUPPOSE to be there. That's how I operate, and the company never knew what I was doing until the price started to jump and I set all the shareholders on the same path. That is something you should have done, rather than taking money and other benefits from GRNO for your own material gain. So don't confuse my legal actions with your outright FRAUD!

Do you really think that matters Riley?? You have been subpoenaed as a "witness" in this SEC investigation/informal inquiry of TVSI (RMIL as wel??). Since you knew of events prior to the news of the merger involving TVSI and your public posting history reflects that fact, you may be guilty of taking advantage of insider trading or "front-running" of your stock position. As for RMIL, you organized a group of individuals to act upon information quite obviously provided to you by the company's management(How else would you explain having "knowledge" of a massive short position?), or else you made it up. I came out on the OVIS/RMIL thread to warn other shareholders that you activities may be deleterious to their financial welfare since it would eventually draw the scrutiny of the SEC, but you ignored me and so did the other yeas. I will not be quieted by your efforts to suppress pertinent information. And while you state that I'm guilty of fraud, we KNOW that you suppressed and manipulated data to fit your own agenda advocating investing in and manipulating this stock. You stated quite clearly when you were planning on selling. And Riley, while regulators may or may not approve of me, I take heart reflecting on the agony they feel in being forced to read your bombastic ramblings. BTW, send this one to SENFORCE@aol.com as well. Regards, R |
