I bet they already know the outcome of the financing deal and they are trying to buy time to come up with another story. Hence, a better deal in the works if this falls thru. DD is important but if they won't tell you the truth all the DD in the world will still only lead you in the wrong direction. I'm holding until the meeting, that way I can still take a tax loss before the first of the year. One second to go,bottom of the forth and 99yrds to go to win it. This is definitly a HAIL MARY situation!
