Thanks for thoughts guys. But everyone has to remember we are still at a minority. But I think it is in everyones best interests, to work on getting this little company put back together, and making EVERYONE a return on their investment. Will it happen? I think so, I am certainly going to try to make it work as will Joe Siebert, this I am certain of. I still dont feel right about all this and think a proxy vote is the most important thing that can happen, because the shareholders really havent had a chance to voice their opinions. That has been the bottom line to all this litigation. Will we get a proxy vote? I really dont know, but it never hurts to try. Dont worry about the naysayers, they are just part of life in general <g> KAA
