Great Idea Joe, For the first one I would suggest COX Cox Communications. They just started offering telephone service here in Omaha we have had it for about 3 weeks there is no difference from US West except price. Its $4 a month cheaper. I called US West to see if they could match the price and they said they can't because their price is regulated and they cannot lower their price. Scott
