Ron, You found us out. Yes, it is true that Pugs and I are in "collusion". He took one look at me and started working on a comprehensive exercise program for me. We are "conspiring" to improve my overall health and physical condition. You keep using the word "jail" in your posts to me. I never used the word jail. You seem to have a fixation on the word although, for some, the civil penalties which could be imposed would be almost as bad as "jail". Insofar as owning a gymn in the Chicago area, one reason that Pugs is so successful is that he has the respect of his clients. This might limit your chances for success. As for the hardware not being important, you are correct. The important point was how he had paid for it, and that was with his own money that he had earned. He did not receive "considerations" from the company. No matter if the word is "payment", "consideration" or anything else, I think anyone capable of posting on this thread must know the difference between basic right and wrong. If, knowing this difference, they do the "wrong" thing, then they should be held accountable for their actions. Regards, AD
