If you are not careful with Pink Sheet stock you could get taken to the cleaners. You must state a limit price when you put in your order, example: "purchase for me 1,000 shares of PAAN at .04 cents or better." If you put it in at a market order, the MM's could fill it for .25 cents. The problem with that is you may not fill, but I would rather not own the stock if I have to pay .25 cents at this stage of the game.

Answer to another question, I think there are 21,059,000 shares in the float.
