Tim, I have yet to see the credit interest for June applied to my account. It's July 11 already. This is unacceptable. What the hell is going on? I called a few days ago and was told that it would be applied very soon. Apparently not. Your new customer service agreement details the many ways Datek will ensure it gets money from the customer in a timely manner. What about Datek giving the customer his or her money in a timely manner? Has anybody else seen their credit interest for June?
