What you fail to realize is that if this materalizes as a "legal way to suppress unwanted statements, then I can also pursue through the courts the individuals who pump any stock. ie. If I purchased this stock and followed the "advice of this thread" and believed $6.00 or $25.00 that has been posted here, I could make that persons life very miserable!!! Everyone is responsible for the information they put out, DO NOT confine it to "Bashers", if you do you are being gullible!
So rather than issue this as a one-sided warning. ALL must be apprehensive here!! Remember the "4 geologists story", remember the $25.00 prediction etc. etc.
All this information becomes questionable. If a company doesn't like a persons comments and decides to pursue that individual, the first argument in court from the defence will be (fictitious scenario);
Defence:"so you didn't like the person screaming from the hills your stock is worthless, Right?
Answer, er-ah Yes, we at Buzungas Industries think our stock is far from worthless!
Defence: Mr. CEO what is your stock trading at now?
Answer. Er-ah .06c, but thats "merican" money not that cheap trashy Canuck stuff!
Defence: Do you believe that your stock is worth $1,870 per share as stated by "Dinglewalker"( alias on the Web)?
Answer: Well er-ah ah er well, ah NO ?
Defence:So why are you bringing Snodgrass to court, for saying that your stock is worthless?
Answer: Cuz its a damn lie, says the CEO, we are worth far more than what we are worth now!!!
