i think the difference being that some co. people were being threatened, libeled, and the posters did not pass off the comments as their opinions, but specific factual information. (scorned, revenge are two words that come to mind) dont think anyone speculating on where a stocks price might be going falls quite into that category. this will be a legal football and i dont particularly come down on either side emphatically at this point but im not convinced your analysis parallels the actual argument. not just that but if you buy a stock, i think you've already made you opinion abundently clear as to where you think its going without saying anything more than 'i bought'. anyway, it will be interesting to see how it plays out, does anyone have any relevant info. and/or insight on when, if ever, we will leave the pinks behind? mms filing, volume decreases, sec says go, mine has to do something, what exactly puts us back in the game? good luck to any/all going to texas....urrr.. bolivia, seems a few of my bbs have search parties going out next couple days. best of luck to all. poet. |
