Doug, I am still wondering why IPM is not "collecting" on the loans it made to the Chairman and its affiliated companies. If memory serves, this was more than a million bucks, and I would say that the company had no business lending this money without appropriate recourse and liens on some tangible property. If a suit is being launched, this issue should come to the fore as well.

As for AZ-DOM (?), they have been claiming that there is no PGM in AZ for some 15 years, and I doubt that this claim had anything to do with the demise of IPMCF, it is just a scapegoat. Why was IPMCF able to raise money to continue their profligate habits before the chicken roosting and not after? Certainly no because of Coggins. Coggins and his chronies were around long before the chicken came roosting (or failed to roost).
