That is one of the fascinating aspects of SEC law. You may do something for completely opposite reasons, but you may find yourself in technical violation of a law. Oh puhleeeeeeeezzz. You are not being tried here in a public message board so please stop trying to present your "defense". I would venture to guess the SEC does not care about your "reasons". A violation is a violation. Period. Apparently it IS true what they say - there really is nothing common about common sense.
