I have even gone to the weekly charts for plotting and still have the 3.60-3.62 as a breakout on a CLOSING basis weekly. this is in line with the left shoulder in the pre OCT 97 decline in price we are 12 weeks out after the huge week rise to 4 on this right side of shoulder and on weeks 4,6,7,8 and now 12th we challenge the 3.50 again. Possibility for setting up a cup and handle formation if we draw out a little more. which could test the 4.20 and then support at the 3.50 to 3.60 still maintaining the right shoulder. this weekly move does however shows a NEAR clean break above the weekly downtrend line and should follow thu. it will only take next weeks movements to prove this. ar.
