Neal, I don't know all of the particulars, but my first guess would be that BellSouth's approach would be to provide all of the infrastructure, including the DSLAMs and field units, and have resellers act as agents on their behalf.

The other scenario, which Supra would prefer, is to attach their own infrastructure, inclusive of the DSLAMs in the central offices, and possibly at select field service node locations, field termination units at the subscriber locations, and the backend connections on the Internet side as well.

But like I said, I'm not privvy to all of the detail yet. Perhaps the Supras of the world will find themselves doing a mix and match of both alternatives, where the business makes sense.
