Just got a new computer and was attempting to install qp2. I downloaded the most recent qp2 program from the internet site then tried to create diskbuff and received the error message," Could not open daily data files. Error code=12." Anybody know what this means? Is my data CD too old Error 12 just means the file could not be found. It sounds like you didn't install from the cd first. You'll have to install from the cd first, then install the update. The program cd contains the missing data files you need. Gary
