Good morning Steve and all:

First Steve, I just want to thank you for posting the Article from Water Environment & Technology magazine Excerpt from the June 1998 issue of the Water Environment & Technology magazine (page 40-44).

This could have been a blockbuster for SVSY if they had their act together. I must agree with Thomas when he said, "Nice little excerpt but, when you trade at 10cents a share the big boys probably aren't going to take you too seriously." If management does not wakeup soon and does something about their very small image they currently have. Then they most likely will wake up sooner or later and find out that it is too late and they have no image at all.

I personally can not tell SVSY how to do this. They are suppose to be the professionals with the capacity to run the company on a day to day basis and see that it grows. If they will not or can not do this then they better get someone who can. If not, then poof. In defense of the management at SVSY I will say this, I am sure they are as frustrated as we are. If they aren't they would have to be crazy. But they are the only ones who can do anything about advancing the company.

So again as Thomas said "What they need to do is hire a public relations firm that can get the job done. You stay in the little league and you get little league results. You need to move on to the bigger leagues and promotion plays a bigger part then most people realize. Good promotion will bring in investors and traders which will bring more market-makers on the scene." I could not have said it any better myself.

As to my own personal opinion and positive views for the company they still have a chance. If SVSY should happen to get their act together and survive and move closer to the big leagues, I believe that they could possibly be a $10 to $20 stock. Just by way of information I have several thousand shares which I bought in $1 range. I am in this stock until it makes it or dies. Because if they make it the rewards are going to be great.

Good luck to SVSY and all it's investors,

Bill Fortune III
