From purely a chartist's view, yes, NSOL is giving an exit signal.

From a contrarian view , it looks like time to enter if the low stays above 38.5

Fundamentally, Jenna's signal is also correct.

The object should be to examine all the indicators, look for entry signals (accumulation, bid/ask consolidation and increasing lows) prior to release of earnings and buy or short. Opposites help give a more robust assessment.

As for Cooper's Hit and Run Trading Expansion Pivot, it is just a mathematical interpretation of a chart configuration, so I'll email him and let him know you think he is a 'sissy'.
