45 million shares. There is a lot of information over on the Redox board. I suggest if any have an interest to go over there. The company is in the process of defining itself. I am mainly referring to the financing which I am told will be out this week. (warning I have been told this before). Simply put. If they don't get the financing the company and the stock will not be worth one dollar. If they do get the funding it should be an outstanding investment. Of course this is my opinion. I try to make every effort not to hype or tout a stock. Redox is a very risky investment and it is not for every investor. I wish all the best of luck and I hope you will do the same for me. Lamar
