Mike: I don't think I twisted any facts. I agreed with you that Banyan had paid Medix for some of the assets. But on the basis of being unable to find much substance in Banyan beyond that, I felt that the larger Medix deal would not go through and I think I was correct. My investment in MDIX was based primarily on the Banyan deal, so that issue was all important to me. Thread, Mike's using words such as "complaining, shrill and whiny, whoa (sic) is me" are either simply not nice or are intended to discredit my statements for purposes unknowable. The fact is that all of the news (as opposed to the rumor) has been bad. Is that shrill and whiney? Make your own judgment. I continue to be long, unfortunately, and praying for a miracle. Reading some of these threads can test one's faith in human nature. However, I am always truthful, often to my own detriment, such as in this case. I will not get into a pissing match with Mike Moran so if I don't post here for a bit, that is the reason. Again, the personal attacks are a very bearish indicator. Best to all (even Mike), Peter
