Rofl, no I think the Sap asian flu news is actually the cause for the lack of further decline in Orcl. Do people here know that Sap has caught the asian flu... read more about it on the Sap board. Some might be thinking that Oracle's apps numbers were not so terrible if everybody else is hiccupping too. The problem is, Sap has a huge international exposure so the Asian flu is exaggerated for them. Lets see how psft does, but everybody else is still growing and orcl is not, thats horrible - asian flu or not.

Also there is speculation that Manu is to be bought by somebody in the mid 40s. Personally Im not sure I believe it - somebody does because Manu was up 7 points last week alone... one of the likely suitors is Oracle. But with Oracle stock price where it is, a 1B acquisition is really expensive - I dont think Orcl can pull it off. But if they did, Orcl stock would rise imo.
