Last time: NCTI had not received a ninety day notice until delisting, because the share price hadn't been below $1 for more than 30 days. Therefore, they needed only to have the stock close above $1 for one day so that they would not get the delisting notice.

This time: NCTI needs to close above $1 for 10 days straight, within this 90 day period.

I'm not willing to bet that NCTI won't need to do a reverse split to stay listed, but I couldn't resist buying some shares yesterday at 19/32

Please don't bash me for mentioning a reverse split. I'm not trying to generate fear. If a reverse split happens, however, almost inevitably, the stock price will erode as weak hands sell. But this company does potentially have a bright future, and there are lots of believers out there... IMO, RS wouldn't hurt us for long; rather, that would be an opportune time to buy.
