Hal PS: The American Question, according to my European friends is : "If you're so damned smart, how come you ain't rich?" The SIII Situation: Shares are at or near the 52 week low. ($18 > $5 1/4). Balance sheet a shambles. Doubtful S3 (SIII) can even survive to Q4 without significant infusion of funds and share dilution. I think creditors may benefit long before the shareholders get a break. The TDFX Situation: "The race doesn't always go to the strongest and most fleet of foot, -but that's how you bet 'em." Rocky Grazziano HR
