The S3 Challenge ?

Jim, Good Point:
RE: "I thought that TDFX share value was doing badly until I took a look at the 52 week of SIII and their balance sheet. You would have thought that after the Crellis reviews on the 9th and 10th that the stock would have shot through the roof. Damn market! The idiots can't seem to see the obvious...that you and Larry share." As posted by James Nickel.

This begs me to ask S3 the "American Question".

Hal

PS: The American Question, according to my European friends is : "If you're so damned smart, how come you ain't rich?"

The SIII Situation:
Shares are at or near the 52 week low. ($18 > $5 1/4). Balance sheet a shambles. Doubtful S3 (SIII) can even survive to Q4 without significant infusion of funds and share dilution. I think creditors may benefit long before the shareholders get a break.

The TDFX Situation:
"The race doesn't always go to the strongest and most fleet of foot, -but that's how you bet 'em." Rocky Grazziano HR
