Yes it is. That is an old story. Bard My hole point being. We are all waiting on the funding to be announced. If that happens then great if it doesnt' well.... we are out in the cold. Best of luck to you Bard and all on hear. I am not a technical person and sometimes I do more harm by trying to sound like I know more than I do. So all I can give you is my honesty. I am sorry I can't be of more help.
