Ernie, Please see the following post I wrote on another thread regarding the value of telephone calls to the company: exchange2000.com A telephone call that will be answered by someone in the company who likely has a vested interest in the company's stock is simply not independent and verifiable, and is subject to my interpretation of what I thought I heard as opposed to what the respondent's actual words were.
