Good afternoon all:

I had a private message that ask a question about my post "Summary of Today's Trading Friday, July 10, 1998 on FNTN:" number 308.
Message 5159671
In that it was a private message I will not post the senders name.

The question(s) were

Would you say that, today, for instance, (trading range 59/63) 0.60 and down would be sells, 0.61 neutral (either way) & 0.62 and up buys?

My interpretation of that information is this:

1. That there are no neutrals
2. That $145,069.00 was the trading volume and with 235,100 shares traded the medium per share trading price was $0.61705. I consider this to be the dividing point for the buys vs. sells.
3. With that being the case, we would have 104,900 shares below the medium trading price and 130,200 shares above.
4. This leaves us with $81,533 and 130,200 shares traded above the medium leaving a buying average buying price of $0.6262 per share. Based on the question above I would call this the "Buys"
5. And the remaining balance of $63,536 and 104,900 shares traded below the medium leaving a buying average of $0.6057 per share. Based on the question above I would call this the "Sells"
6. And that all volume is considered up volume based on the fact that the stock closed higher.

I would really welcome other investors posting how they feel about this. I am sure we have others who take a different stance on this. We all need that input so that we glean a better picture of how others interpret this type of information.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III
