I'd say one of 2 things happened. Its hard to tell without seeing if they were buys or sells. Either there is a thought that they were cheap enough, and expecting a tech rally with Intel's earnings, or more likely, they were sells, thinking that there was no way it was going to reach 33 before expiration.
