Chicago CLEC to build $200 million hybrid network with world class telphone system, cable TV and data communications.

Thanks to Hiram Walker on the HLIT thread for this link from CED Magazine about a state of the art network to be built by 21st Century Communications in Chicago. Great discussion of the technology and topology of the network. They chose traditional telephony network instead of telephony-over-cable because of powering problems created by HFC architecture. How do ATT/TCI intend to deal with that problem?
