Good afternoon Kirby and like you most of my BB's are doing horse####. Of the 14 I own ESCI and two others will be my shining stars in the months to come. I do have a good portfolio of NYSE and Nasdaq stocks that are doing well over all. That portfolio consists of 41 stocks.

Like you said "Eventually they will do well. On the way up of course we will have to endure the day traders, market makers, shorters, the hypsters." I couldn't agree more. We are starting to experience that problem currently on a thread that has been very positive and upbeat until just recently. I posted the following via private messages to all of the regulars on the thread and it seems to have helped.

<<Good afternoon all I personally have never consider any investor who post their concerns, opinions, knowledge, positive beliefs or other information on threads like this one as bashers.

It truly is not the information (unless erroneous in nature) that is posted but rather the manner in which is posted.

1. When someone new jumps into a thread such as FNTN and starts to post questions that have been answered several times previously and are told that or referred to the posts themselves and become indigent the current members don't enjoy that.
2. When anyone who stages personal attacks on the current concerns, opinions, knowledge, positive beliefs or other information of any other poster most find this unacceptable.
3. When postings are always of a negative nature many of the regular investors using the thread wonder why that person is even involved on the thread in the first if they don't like the stock at all. Those kinds of posts are hard to accept by most.
4. Threads should be a form for the exchange of current information, views, and ideas and not a battle ground between individuals.

I personally respect the dignity of everyone who posts until they become disruptive just to disrupt. At that point I just ignore that individual and will not respond to them in any manner. If common courtesy is the watchword then few problems will arise. Everyone is always entitled to his or her view and beliefs.

It is when those who because of their personal agendas, start to disrupt a thread and the more reserved poster thus allowing them to be sucked in, then a thread is reduced to free for all. Leaving most of the upbeat and positive investors in complete awe as to what happened to the thread.

Basically the tone of the post sets the mood in which it is accepted or rejected. Just my opinion.>>

As to any more S3's or dilution of the current float like you said hopefully will not happen.

ESCI long!

Regards,

Bill Fortune III
