Ken,

I think Zapit.com is already registered. You might want to compare the financials of ZAP and KTEL. ZAP is in considerably better shape, has a fair amount of cash, good earnings on their core holdings, outstanding shares declining over the past year and successful history. Don't understand the problem with a stock being hyped up to 20x current years earnings or there about. ZAP is a fundamentally sound company without the internet sites. If they can generate added earnings from a number of internet stocks they will be in better financial shape in the future which should translate to increased stock price. If this stock were trading at $80 I would agree with your view but this stock does not appear to be overvalued in my opinion.

Perhaps with all of the connections stated in your earlier link (the Bush administration) ZAP could become a "one world" portal; I smell money - maybe?
