YES!! I own UTI and MDCO as well as CS. MY average price on Cs is
13 5/8 so I am not doing too bad. I own UTI at an average price of 14 and MDCO at a price of 15 3/8. I think UTI and MDCO will fly as soon as any good news on oil comes out and I think CS is basing nicely here in the 12's and will immediately go to the 14-17 range on any real good news and probably a lot higher with upgrades after next earnings release. I do not believe a low ball bid cn succeed with CS because Benson controls 15% of the outstanding stock. Therefore, unless it is an all cash offer <highly unlikely given current market cap> Benson can stop any bid he doesn't personally like because pooling requires 90%. Since he owns 15% he has stated at the meeting "If I don't like it we dont'get past first base...but we are open to all opportunities." This, couple with the fact he stated he'd like to see CS a lot higher than 35, tells me nothing under 35 will ever make it to our pockets. have a good day!
