Mr. Peters, Many thanks for the post it is very much appreciated. I am a shareholder who is not afraid to admit that they were not happy (sic) to see the 144 filed in Jan (especially its timing, even though I kew it was filed automatically). I was therefore very pleased to see the final lines of your post. "With the prices at the current level, I have instructed my broker to buy more. You could say I don't actually need more Franklin stock, but I believe in putting my money where my mouth is-and in this case, I have a high degree of confidence that my investment is going to pay off."
