dave,,more fcc stuff. This decision will change the deployment landscape more than anything else to date.

Finalized on aug 8th. I have really over looked this stuff. If Bell Atlantic gets it's way it might be time to short AOL

If BEL gets it's way they don't have to provide high speed access to AOL. At Home told AOL to "go home" when they asked to provided cable access.

Jeremic maybe right on AOL they may have to build infrastructure
