Dave: As an alternative course to my last suggestion, can MGR start the legal proceedings against MAC in the Mongolian courts to enforce the MGR/MAC agreement on joint financing of the Bumbat Mill? If seems pretty obvious that MAC isn't going to do anything voluntarily.
