Yup, suspect we've all seen the G & M article. Overall I like it, any publicity is good publicity. In some ways this one almost makes a person feel sorry for this poor little company with no money, with the big, bad SEC "hammering" them every step of the way. Makes a guy want to help them out, as they just might have what Guido says. SEC may look pretty silly if it all proves out.

I do have one big problem with the article, and that concerns the "raising money to send their own team of experts to examine the site". Either Paul Waldie knows about another group, or he is very deficient on his DD, and I suspect the latter. The way this is written is misleading, and just plain incorrect, take it from 1/2 of this so called "team of experts", I am expert at nothing, especially gold mines, but do know quite a bit about a variety of other things. This is the kind of thing that Guy was worried about if/when the print press writes about the trip - some may take it the wrong way, as if we were going down to check up on the company. Why Waldie did not speak with CIMA or I about it before writing is anyone's guess.

I for one think he should clear it up and get his facts straight!

Anyone have a phone, fax, email for him. Suggest a couple of us try to reach him.

Regards,

Jim
