don't know if there's an audio or not, but, as I indicated after attending the meeting, there was nothing said worth hearing. I'm in the same galere as you, with the same holding period. Although everything about this company makes me wince-- management that's done nothing in the past three years except enter into and then get out of one deal with Bausch and Lomb, let market opportunities evaporate, do give-away private placements, blame other companies for its own inability to do deals, and do silly things like changing to the ASE and hiring PR firms to deflect from its own inability to accomplish anything substantive -- I haven't yet got around to selling. I suppose I'm hoping that the Board will wake up soon and send Kumar back to his lab bench.
